Desire Training is an educational and training organization. We provide technical and educational courses covering stock market concepts, chart reading, technical analysis, and risk management. We do not provide investment advice, financial advisory services, buy or sell recommendations, trading signals, or portfolio management services of any kind.
Nothing published, taught, or demonstrated on this platform — including live sessions, recorded courses, charts, or case studies — constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, or financial instrument. All examples, charts, illustrations, and case studies are purely for educational purposes.
No profit, return, or trading outcome is guaranteed by enrolling in or completing any course on this platform. Course completion does not guarantee trading success or financial gains. Trading and investing involve market risks, and every learner is solely responsible for their own investment and trading decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the Desire Training platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the date of birth provided is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each individual may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
Training packages are purchased for educational purposes and provide access to course content, live sessions, and study materials as described at the time of purchase. Purchasing a package is payment for educational services, not an investment or financial product.
The company shall not be responsible for any financial loss, trading loss, or investment loss incurred by any learner, whether arising from decisions made during or after completing any course, or from the use of any third-party trading platform or broker.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before any wallet withdrawal can be processed. Providing false or fraudulent KYC documents will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500. Withdrawals are processed within 2-5 business days after approval. TDS will be deducted as per applicable Indian tax laws.
The following are strictly prohibited: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, encouraging others to provide false information, any form of misrepresentation, and any activity that violates Indian law.
The company reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other members or the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Company Jurisdiction City], India.
