Packages
We offer 5 packages — Beginner, Standard, Advanced, Master, and Master Pro — each building on the previous one with a wider curriculum of course topics.
Yes. You may register for additional or higher packages at any time to access further course content.
Withdrawals
Go to your dashboard, navigate to the Withdrawal section, enter the amount (minimum ₹500), and select your bank or UPI. Your KYC must be approved before any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a notification once it's processed.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applicable on earnings as per current Indian tax laws. The deducted amount will be reflected in your withdrawal statement.
Only your Withdrawal Wallet can be used for withdrawals. Cashback and Bonus wallets need to be transferred to Withdrawal Wallet first (admin-controlled).
KYC & Security
KYC (Know Your Customer) is required by law for financial transactions. It verifies your identity and enables withdrawals. Without KYC approval, withdrawal requests cannot be processed.
You need to submit: Aadhaar Card (front & back), PAN Card, and a selfie for verification. All images should be clear, unedited, and within 5MB in size.
KYC is typically reviewed within 24-48 business hours. You'll receive a notification once your KYC is approved or if additional documents are needed.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted, KYC documents are stored securely, and we never share your personal information with third parties. We follow strict data protection standards.
Technical
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. A reset code will be emailed to you to set a new password.
If your account is suspended, please contact support at support@desiretraining.com. Suspension is usually due to a policy violation and can be reviewed upon request.
If your account is device-bound to your old phone, contact support to reset your device binding. This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized access.
We accept Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards) for instant verification. You can also make manual bank transfers and upload the payment screenshot for admin verification.
