  • Personal Information: Full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, address, state, city.
  • KYC Documents: Aadhaar card, PAN card, selfie photographs for identity verification.
  • Financial Information: Bank account details, UPI IDs, payment transaction records.
  • Usage Data: Login times, IP addresses, device identifiers, pages visited, course progress.
  • Communication Data: Messages sent to support, form submissions, lead inquiries.
How We Use Your Information

We collect and use information solely to provide our educational services. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Process course/package enrollments and manage your account
  • Track and store your educational progress (course completion, lesson progress, certificates)
  • Verify your identity (KYC) for wallet withdrawal processing
  • Send communications regarding your enrolled courses, live sessions, and support
  • Process payments securely through our payment partners
  • Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and policy violations
  • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law (IT Act, Income Tax Act, PMLA)
  • Improve our platform, courses, and learner experience
Data Storage & Security
All your data is stored on secure servers in India. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. KYC documents are stored in a separate, access-controlled storage system. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12 — we never store plain-text passwords.
KYC Document Handling
KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie) are stored securely and accessed only by authorized KYC review personnel. These documents are used solely for identity verification purposes. We do not share KYC documents with any third party except as required by law or government order.
What We Do Not Do

To be explicit about the boundaries of our service:

  • We do not manage, advise on, or have any access to your investment, trading, or brokerage accounts.
  • We do not execute trades on behalf of any learner, under any circumstance.
  • We do not access, view, or store credentials for any third-party trading or investment platform you may use.
Data Sharing

Personal information is collected solely for providing our educational services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data where required by law or where necessary to operate the platform, specifically with:

  • Payment Processors: Razorpay for securely processing transactions (bound by their privacy policy).
  • Communication Services: Email services and Firebase (push notifications) for course/session updates.
  • Video Platform: Mux for video hosting and streaming.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by court order, government regulation, or law enforcement.
Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

Cookies & Tracking
We use session cookies for authentication and local storage for JWT tokens in the web app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data (if any) is anonymized and aggregated.
Device Binding
For security, your account may be bound to a specific device upon first login. If you change your device, contact support to reset device binding after identity verification.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction and financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations. KYC documents are retained for 5 years after account closure. You may request account deletion, but legal retention requirements take precedence.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
