Training packages are enrollment fees for educational course access, not investment products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
General Refund Policy
Package fees are payment for educational course access, live sessions, and study materials. Once a package is activated and course access has been granted, the enrollment fee is generally non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances described below.
Technical / Payment Failure Refunds
If a payment was deducted from your bank account but the package was NOT activated due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after verification. Please contact support@desiretraining.com with your transaction reference ID.
Duplicate Payment Refunds
If a duplicate payment was made for the same package due to a technical issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment source after verification.
Razorpay Payment Refunds
Refunds for failed or duplicate Razorpay transactions will be processed through Razorpay and credited to your original payment method (bank account / UPI) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Manual Payment Errors
For manual payments (bank transfer + screenshot upload), if you uploaded proof for the wrong amount or there was an error, contact support within 48 hours of payment. We will assist in correcting the record or issuing a resolution.
Package Upgrade
Packages cannot be downgraded. You may purchase additional or higher packages at any time to access further course content.
Account Closure
If you choose to close your account, any amount already credited to your wallet can still be withdrawn (subject to KYC and withdrawal terms). Account closure requests must be made in writing to support@desiretraining.com.
